Where do you think this high-speed train is located? San Francisco? Washington, D.C.? Boston? 

A train travels at an average of 200 mph. Take a look at it:

Our infrastructure is crumbling, because our country does not pay for its maintenance. Ray LaHood, former Secretary of Transportation under President Obama and current Co-Chair of Building America’s Future. The group is concerned with rebuilding our infrastructure.

Bridges built in 1928 clearly were not designed to carry loaded commercial trucks, Humvee’s and heavier cars. Bridges are just a tragic accident waiting to happen.

The U.S. spent 2.40 Percent of GDP on Infrastructure in 2010. India spent  8.38 Percent of GDP on Infrastructure in 2011, and China spent 9.00 Percent of GDP on Infrastructure in 2009.

The answer to where this high-speed train is located is China.
