‘Free The Nipple’ Movement Women Armed With Defense Attorneys (VIDEO)

The Free The Nipple movement ? has people across the U.S.?supporting it ? albeit for different reasons. But could someone please explain to us what this controversial movement is all about and why it is a crime?

The Inequality

For some reason the authorities are distressed right down to their sensibilities by random mothers who choose to breastfeed their babies. Lawmakers would rather see a baby starve than chance a glimpse of the breast they might, in some alternate reality, have dibs on someday. So they make breastfeeding a crime.

All this stupidity fermented into an equality movement. You know, guys can walk around shirtless, and usually no one even notices his nipples – although we might appreciate a nice specimen of the male body. But you never see a woman shirtless unless you are in a strip joint. In fact showing nipples is illegal.

Janet Jackson’s career tanked after the infamous wardrobe malfunction. Justin Timberlake was performing with her at the 2004 Super Bowl when he “accidentally” exposed one of her breasts. Notice his career soared. Jackson’s so-called crime went all the way to the Supreme Court?where CBS defense attorneys prepared their case,

“The Supreme Court decided Friday not to consider reinstating the government’s $550,000 fine on CBS for Janet Jackson‘s infamous breast-baring “wardrobe malfunction” at the 2004 Super Bowl.”

Chief Supreme Court Justice, John Roberts said,

“It is now clear that the brevity of an indecent broadcast ? be it word or image ? cannot immunize it from FCC censure. Any future ‘wardrobe malfunctions’ will not be protected on the ground relied on by the court below.”

The Movement

Free The Nipple has grown into ?a film, an equality movement, and a mission to empower women across the world,? according to the movement?s website. But it is more. Thanks to the social media, it is a grassroots campaign that has spread across the globe.

In the U.S. it is illegal for a women to go topless or breastfeed in 35 states. Louisiana jails women who dare expose a nipple for up to ?three years and cost $2500 in fines!? But even in places where a woman supposedly can legally expose a nipple, police continue to arrest her.

The Movie

Free The Nipple, the movie, is based upon an actual event where a group of young women protested censorship laws in New York City. The women protected themselves with First Amendment attorneys.

The movie shows that violence, including killing, is just peachy keen. But show a little circle of? female anatomy and the authorities are shocked, just shocked. Bring in the NYPD. Bring in the FCC and the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America)! And while we are at it, bring in the National Guard, too!

Free The Nipple has succeeded in jump-starting a national dialogue about the issue. Now the movement has garnered support from famous graffiti artists and actors such as Miley Cyrus, Liv Tyler, and Lena Dunham. In Iceland student groups have declared a ?no bra day? to celebrate the movement.

Free The Nipple has spread around the globe. Hei?ur Anna Helgad?ttir, chair of the Feminist Association of the University of Iceland, told the Reykjavik Grapevine,?

“For me it?s about being the way you want. It?s just a body part. Boys have breasts and nipples and it?s fine for them to expose them. The same should apply to us.?

Women Take It To Defense Attorneys

Ironically men did not go topless before the 1930?s. They even wore swimming suits with tops! But once Clark Gable pulled off his shirt in a movie testosterone display of independence, it was all over. Or should I say, it was all off?
